Why books?

I find I personally learn best through the written word (in most cases). As such, I was on the lookout for books to help with my gardening journey, and through a service provided through my local library (thank you libby!) I found a few that served me very well. For project one, I will be going into detail on some of my personal favorites.

Finding the right book(s) for you can be difficult, and a lot of aspects come in to play when searching for "the one." (much more than you'd think!) When you find the right mix of information and cadence, though, things will easily click into place.

For myself, I'm comfortable with most types of vernacular in writing, but I understand that is not the case for everyone. As a result, I spread my recommendations into 3 different- lets say "eras"- of writing. I'm hoping those recommendations will prove usefull if you choose to adhere to them.
